The FBI recently issued another warning about donation scams coming in many forms. “Pleas for money may come door-to-door, through emails and texts, on the phone, or even at grocery stores and other places with donation buckets.”
With that, we wanted to make sure you know where your donations go when you support WHS. in 2024, our income supported:
86% - Services to better the lives of cats & dogs
12% - Management and General Expenses, including insurance for Petco events and to protect our volunteers
2% - Fundraising expenses
