We offer low-cost spay and neuter clinics for feral cats with ear tips required. If you see a feral cat with an ear corner missing, it means that cat is no longer reproducing and adding to our county’s overpopulation.
We offer discount vouchers for dogs to be spayed or neutered at participating local veterinarians. The program is for low-income Wexford County residents and requires an application.
We partner with www.saveabuddyfund.org based in Manistee to provide additional discount coupon vouchers for Pit Bulls or Pit Bull mixes in our county. These particular breeds tend to languish in shelters and therefore we provide additional monetary assistance for their spay or neuter.
We partner with Petco in Cadillac to assist cat fosters with regular Saturday adoption events. Please follow us on Facebook for exact dates.
